Here’s how we can help:
🔹 Loan Payment Skips – We will offer loan payment skips by pay period for members whose income is affected by the shutdown, beginning with the first affected paycheck. A government shutdown loan payment skip form will be needed for each pay period a loan payment is skipped.
🔹 Government Shutdown Relief Loans – During extended shutdowns, we also offer low-interest Government Shutdown Loans for eligible members with approved credit, up to a specified amount, to help bridge the financial gap.
🔹 Additional Support Options – We’re actively exploring more ways to assist our members during this time. If you’re impacted, please reach out to us directly so we can work with you on a personalized plan.
